Makita DBO380Z 18v LXT BL Finishing Sander (Bare)

The DBO380Z is a cordless Finishing Sander, powered by 18V Li-ion LXT slide type battery (not included), to supply energy to the powerful 18V brushless motor, with 3 stage electronic speed controlled by push button and constant speed control to automatically apply additional power to the motor to maintain constant speed under load.

The DBO380Z is capable of delivering up to 12,000 orbits per minute and 24,000 sanding strokes per minute for smooth operation.

The DBO380Z is equipped with 3 stage electronic speed control; 12,000 opm suitable for sanding large surfaces or rough surfaces of wood, 8,000 opm suitable for small surface sanding applications, including wood edge sanding, metal deburring and more where sanding at high speed could result in over-sanding and 4,000 opm suitable for paint removal from metal surfaces where sanding at high speeds could result in melting the surface.
