Corozinc Corrugated Metal Roof Sheet – 660x2745mm (9ft)

Corozinc metal roofing sheets are a galvanised, corrugated sheet that’s coated in zinc to eliminate the worry of corrosion. The coating makes this product even more durable and long-lasting. Available in 8/3” profile these corrugated roof sheets are 610mm wide with lengths available from 1525mm to 3000mm.

Installing Corozinc metal roof sheets

Corozinc metal roof sheets should be installed with a minimum 5° roof slope however 10° would be preferable. This is to ensure water can run off the roof sheets properly. It’s also recommended that you achieve a minimum overhang of at least 60mm and that Corozinc sheets cover the barge boards at the side to aid this water run-off.  If you’re fixing Corozinc with a galvanised self-drilling screw, fix through the highest profile point to allow free drainage.

When fixing Corozinc it’s important to ensure that the sheets are overlapped by at least one corrugation, and if they’re fitted end to end that there’s an overlap of at least 300mm. Always install Corozinc metal roof sheets from left to right.

If your Corozinc sheets require cutting then use either an angle grinder with metal slitting blade, a fine toothed saw, or a nibbler tool.
