Rockwool Twin Roll Insulation is loft insulation which prevents rising heat from escaping out of your roof and is usually designed to insulate both thermally and acoustically. The Twin Roll is perforated to be cut easily to fit timber joists with 400mm or 600mm centres, and can be used as a single 200mm layer fitted over joists or two 100mm layers fitted between joists. Lightweight and easy to install, this insulation is for use in the ceiling level of pitched roofs and suspended timber floors. Resistant to the growth of mould and bacteria, it will not cause PVC cables or pipes to lose plasticisers and will not react with metal. Thermal Conductivity: 0.044W/mK Manufactured from 97% recycled materials, this insulation has a zero Ozone Depletion Rating (ODR) and zero Global Warming Potential (GWP). Fire Rating: Euroclass A1 (BS EN 13501-1)
